good location, nice hotel, friendly staffs

The hotel is perched directly over steep mountainside with superb views. The best part of Tam Dao township full of restaurants. Tam Dao is a very small mountain resort where the Venus hotel is a dominant sight. The room was very well presented, clean, with plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space that allows keeping the room tidy. Huge windows with a balcony over the precipice. Staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning was almost overdone, even the soap was replaced every day.

Beautiful architecture, good location, super nice staff, great Wifi, variety of breakfast choices. At first, I thought it was a little more expensive than the other hotels nearby. But understandable that here is a higher ranking hotel, and it is worth every penny! Never regretted staying here. A deep gratitude for the staff who are very helpful and great service mind.

The only problem with this place is that they have so loud music outside that I could not sleep. The village is beautiful with stunning views but it is completely ruined by every Resturant, blasting out loud music from their speakers. What should have been a calm and peaceful place, turned out to be not a very nice experience.
